A reserve price is the minimum price the seller will accept. This price is hidden from bidders. To win, a bidder must have the highest bid and have met or exceeded the reserve price.
Auction Terms: The auction is for the item and the item that is pictured is the exact item you will receive. The winning bidder can pick up the item or arrange packaging and shipping themselves and we will load your truck at no cost. If we ship the item, then responsible for any shipping damage\loss is solely on the shipping company insurance since we have no control over the item once it has left our premises. We ship items out with quality packaging (double corrugated boxes, bubble wrap, peanuts, strapping tape, heavy duty pallets) and we do not charge for shipping preparation. We have not had to file a shipping insurance claim in over 3 years. We can combine shipping on items that are possible to do so on. Local pickup is no problem with scheduling and we can help load at no cost; forklift or lift dock . We are a registered Pennsylvania business and accept credit cards, in person, or over the phone; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Pennsylvania law requires Pennsylvania residents and out-of-state residents picking up their item(s) to pay 6% State sales tax unless you have a tax exempt form. The item is "used", sold "as-is", "non-returnable." There is an exception if this auction states PayPal as a form of payment, we cannot accept PayPal on local pickups because PayPal does not offer seller protection on local pickups, but we do accept credit cards on local pickups. By placing a bid, the bidder agrees to the terms stated here and the winning bidder assumes unlimited (all) liability with the auctioned item(s) and its use(s); there is "no" product warranty offered with the auctioned item.
