Warranty

All our products carry a standard one year warranty. Service or repair will be done in the US.

Consumable parts, like all Heating Elements, will not be covered by this warranty, but replacement parts can be purchased from us.

Return and Refund Policies

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product within 7 days of receiving date. Please ship it back to: Madell Technology Corp. 1141 E. Philadelphia Street, Ontario, CA 91761.

All returneded orders are subject to 15% restocking fee, while exchanges or upgrades will receive credit for full purchase price.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

For any exchange or refund, please contact us first via email at madell-jose@verizon.net for return authorization (RMA#). Please also provide us the ebay item # and your ebay user ID.

The items must be returned in the original packing box and received in "like new" condition.

Please allow up to 10 business days for return to be processed.

If your item is damaged during shipping, please report these damages to the shipping company responsible and request a damage claim number and forward it to us. Please also take pictures of the damages and email them to us. We will have the shipping company pick up the damaged package(s). Upon receipt of the claim #, we will ship your replacement items.

Defective items can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt. We will ship replacement upon receiving returned item and cover standard ground shipping cost for replacement.
