To save on fees, we add a handling fee to our shipping fee (already included). We lower the cost of the item- the lower the listing fee and final value fee. Shipping charges are not part of the final value amount. Only the sell price is subject to fees. We are passing the savings on to you. So please consider what all our shipping fees include.

We do all we can to save money on shipping. However, cutting corners and cost only lead to disasters. We have tried this. It resulted in refunds and replacements.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in the event of an exchange ~ return ~ refund. (Certain circumstances are considered) We do not quote you a shipping fee to charge you more later if shipping is higher than we expected. Our fee is a final fee and non negotiable. If the item ends ups costing more for shipping and handling we will cover the extra costs. You are not responsible. We do combine shipping. Each cost money for postage and handling. Many times each item requires an additional box to separate and protect it from other items damaging it. Most additional items are half the original shipping cost. Before assuming shipping fees, email for an exact quote.

We are a small family owned business. We purchase our packaging and boxes. We do not have time to go dumpster diving for a free box to perfectly fit each item we ship. Please consider this in reference to our shipping fees.

Return Policy
If your item does not arrive within 3 weeks, we consider it lost. We will reship your item. If your replacement item is not available we will issue a refund. If your item is damaged we will reship you another item. If your item is not available we will issue a refund. You must provide a photo of damaged items. Photos are required to protect us from fraudulent claims. There are no refunds unless your item is unavailable on our end. We will replace your item. We leave positive feedback for positive transactions. Feedback is important to us and our business depends on the trust and satisfaction of our customers. Please give us ample time to resolve each issue. Remember we cannot stay in business not practicing customer satisfaction. We do not like to leave negative or neutral feedback. We leave feedback for everybody, and we leave negative feedback to those who leave us negative feedback. Again we do all we can to insure satisfaction
