Shipping rate provided includes Delivery Confirmation and any and all seller handling charges. Canadian and Australian bidders: S&H provided in the listing is for USPS Registered Mail. This service provides $44 of indemnity that is included in the S&H price given. Insurance above $44 is not available with this service. If you want to insure for more item will have to be shipped via Global Express Mail and will be substantially more. Please ask seller for quote. Seller charges a very reasonable handling fee. Handling fee includes packaging materials such as bubble wrap, zip bags, tape, etc..., printer ink, paper, gas to go to the Post Office and last but not least seller's time. International bidders are charged a little more in handling due to the parcel having to be wrapped a certain way for Registered Mail (no bubble envelopes are allowed and parcel has to be brown in its entirety) plus the extra forms that have to be filled out thus extra time and materials seller has to put in to ship your parcel.  Items are usually shipped within one business day of receiving payment. Insurance is optional, but if not taken the buyer assumes all responsibility for items lost/damaged through the mail. This also applies to International Bidders. International Bidders: If Insurance is not offered and you would like to purchase it please email seller prior to payment. It is your responcibility to do so. Items are usually shipped within one business day of receiving payment.     PAYMENT    Paypal, Money Orders, or personal checks are accepted as payment method. Payment must be received no later than 3 days after the auction ended. If payment has not been received in the above stated time, NPB will be filed and an Unpaid Item Strike Given. Payments made using a personal check will take up to 10 days to clear from the day your check is received. All International bidders must pay Via PayPal only and in US funds.
RETURNS
All items sold AS IS. Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was grossly misrepresented in the auction. Buyer must contact seller to initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the item.   Buyer is responsible for any and all return shipping charges. For a full purchase price refund (Orig. S&H are Non Refundable) buyer must provide proof of misrepresentation in Written form from a certified Jeweler or a Gemologist. If proof is not provided a 15% restocking fee will be taken out of the refund.   i.e.: "I do not like the item" is not a valid reason to return an item.   FEEDBACK     Feedback will be left in the order it was received and only for those who do not use the new star rating system. This rule is non negotiable, so please remember feedback is completely voluntary. Thus if you do not want to leave it or disagree with my feedback rule and decide to forgo leaving feedback it is completely OK with me.
