Return Policy:
* We accept returns for D.O.A.s (damaged on arrival) items. (Strollers damaged in shipping will be replaced at no charge to you)
* All shipping costs are non-refundable.
* Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
* Please allow up to 5 business days to process your return.
* Customer must receive RETURN instructions from us in order to ship back the item. E-mail or call # below.
* Any unauthorized returns or returns for invalid reasons will be subject to a $10.00 handling fee. (Shipping will not be refunded)
* Customer has 24 hours upon receiving the item to report a defect to us. You will have 7 days to ship it back for inspection.
* Returns must be in original box, unused and undamaged.
* Insurance on returned strollers MUST be purchased in case of shipping damages.
