Shipping:

- Item offering Free Shipping will ship via the lowest cost shipping option we can get (could be USPS Media Mail, UPS Ground, USPS Parcel Post or others), Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery.
- Insurance is optional. Seller is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels if buyer chooses to decline the insurance option.
- UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes. If your order is to be shipped to a PO Box, please select a US Post Office form of shipment
- Most of the in-stock orders ship within 1-3 business days from receiving the payment (eChecks need to clear before the order can be shipped)
- Shipping estimates are provided by the carriers, if your item doesn't arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us and we'll get in touch with the shipping company.
- International orders: Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. Return Policy:
- All sales are considered final (with the exception of our error, incorrect description, or shipping damage).
- Items damaged in shipping will be replaced after the insurance claim is processed. If the identical item is no longer available, refund will be issued.
- Items sold as New are subject to manufacturer's warranties. Please contact the manufacturer directly if service is needed, or if the item doesn't perform to desired specifications.
