Singularity

 A hollow blown bead in a flowing bicone/torpedo shape. This is a simple version of encalmo technique. Stripes of ruby/coral and black glass are applied to the inside surface of clear glass tubing and manipulated to create this striped design with terminations on two sides, the center section is added between two black end sections and then blown into it's final shape.

 *Something that do with all of my blown beads is to take the extra time and care to assure that the ends are squared and holes precisely sized. I do this by starting out with a very small hole, then opening so that a 3/32" mandrel just fits into it. This attention to detail adds a fair amount of time to my days work, but feel it is important and assures that the functionality of my beads is consistent and reliable.
