EX Vintage 1970 Aladdin Johnny Lightning Metal Lunchbox

~~Description: This is an excellent metal lunchbox from Aladdin that is dated 1970, and features the Johnny Lightning toy cars on the front and back which were made by the Topper Toys Corp. The lunch box measures 8" by 7" by 3.75" in size, there is no thermos with this item, the box does not have any bad spots or dents, there are a few bends that are so minor, the colors are in great shape, just a really sharp looking box that has some minor wear around the edges and corners.

~~The two main panels remain in excellent plus condition as there is only very minor and light wear that does not show unless you get right up close and under a bright light. Loaded with fine displayability! The handle and connections are solid, there is the normal metal oxidation on the connections, mostly is on the latch setup but did not attempt to clean that at all, and they can easily be replaced to add a very clean one to make this an even better box!

~~The edges and corners are what show the wear, some color loss and scuffs, there is some light surface rust along the white bead on the right side, this box still has the original Aladdin price tag on one side, has some wear but is complete, marked School Lunch Kit Without Bottle and has the Good Housekeeping seal as well. The side panels remain in very fine shape, and the inside remains very clean with just a few very minor spots, and still has the thermos clip. Great looking box that is loaded with fine display!!
