THIS IS AN EXCEPTIONALLY NICE GERMAN SILVER AND COBALT GLASS OPEN SALT CELLAR.  THIS PIECE IS MARKED 'GERMANY" CIRCA 1900-1930.  THIS OVAL SALT STANDS ON FOUR LEGS.  IT HAS A SCALLOPED RIM AND FITTED HEAVY COBALT GLASS LINER.  THE SIDES ARE DECORATED WITH BANDS OF FLORAL OPEN WORK DECORATION.  IT IS 1 5/8" TALL AND IS 2 7/8" LONG.  CONDITION IS EXCELLENT WITH NO CHIPS OR CRACKS TO THE LINER AND EXCELLENT SILVER QUALITY WITH NO DINGS OR DENTS AND EXCELLENT SILVER QUALITY AND LITTLE SIGN OF WEAR.
