Basically, all sales are final, unless grossly misrepresented or described. Please email if there are any questions or concerns. If you are unhappy with the auction for any reason, please contact me & let's try and work it out. I usually refund the price of the item only and not the shipping cost.
For any shipping other than priority, I charge approx. 20 cents extra to cover the cost of a confirmation number. It cuts down on lost items and is well worth the added cost.
