***CONDITION OF ITEMS***

For single card lots, all items are in EX++/NM condition with most being NM (Note: NM is the highest grade we give a card.....we don't grade any single card Mint). Other items are used and in excellent working (if applicable) condition unless otherwise stated in the bold text at the beginning of the description


***PAYMENT INFORMATION FOR US CUSTOMERS***

For US bidders, we accept the following payment methods under the terms listed:

1) Paypal with no restrictions for up to $20 transactions. If over $20, you must have a confirmed address for us to ship to. If you don't have a confirmed address or are not sure what one is, please check with Paypal to see if you qualify. For Paypal, please make payments to mrwayne2@charter.net
2) Personal checks for any amount with no wait for Ebay accounts with excellent feedback (for zero or low feedback accounts, there will be up to a 2 week wait for your check to clear)
3) Money Orders for any amount
4) Local pickup and/or payment is acceptable with a small handling charge per item. Please give us 24 hours notice for local pickups

***NON-PAYING BIDDER INFORMATION***

Please make payment within 3 days of your purchase. If payment is not received within 7 days, a Non Paying Bidder Notice will be filed. This is merely a reminder notice sent to you by Ebay. If payment is received within 7 days of this notice, no further action will be taken and no negative remarks will be filed against your account. If you do not complete the transaction, we will complete the Non Paying Bidder process as required by Ebay to receive a refund of our listing fees for the item.


***SHIPPING TERMS/FEES/TIMES***

Shipping/handling charges (including combined shipping if available) are listed at the beginning of the auction just after a brief description of the item. The amount is also listed by Ebay at the beginning and end of each auction. Due to the large amount of items that we sell, there may be a rare instance in which these amounts do not match. In the event of this situation, the larger of the amounts shown will be the actual shipping cost. If winnings multiple items, you will pay the shipping for the item with the highest shipping cost and will receive a 50% discount on the shipping costs for each additional item. Most items that we list are scheduled to end on Sunday or Monday, and we generally ship items on (either Monday or Tuesday) and Friday. For non-US bidders, please realize that shipping outside of the US takes considerably longer. It could take a month or longer for you to receive your winnings.


***FEEDBACK***

We want all of our customers to be 100% happy with their transaction, and if for some reason you are not, please contact us before leaving feedback and give us an opportunity to rectify the situation. We will make every attempt to post feedback for all of our winners within 2 weeks of your payment being received, and appreciate your positive feedback as well.


***INSURANCE***

Insurance is not required but is highly suggested. If your item is lost/stolen/damaged, we will not be responsible for that item if insurance is not purchsed for that item. By placing a bid, you are stating that you agree to our auction terms.
