Shipments are provided via UPS, FedEx, USPS and Motor Freight within the USA and Canada - Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may be sent USPS parcel-post. All other countries via USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post. We Will Not Ship to any PO Boxes only physical addresses. We ship Monday through Friday. We are in the Eastern Standard Time zone. Sorry, we do not provide overnight shipping, however we try our best to get all packages out within 48 hours although most items will ship the next day.We take our 5 Star feedback very seriously! When purchasing multiple items, please wait to pay until AFTER your final item has been purchased, then the shipping discount will be calculated automatically on check-out. If there is any discrepancy in the shipping rates, please request a total from the seller and I will review and adjust the rates as needed.

Most items will be shipped out within 24 hours after payment has cleared. Shipping insurance is included in the shipping charge.

In Shipments outside of US - "Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. WARRANTY: All our Terrariums are warranted for a period of 1 year from the date of the sale. If it fails durring normal and proper usage within that period, Terrarium Planters Inc. will replace it or refund the purchase price upon return to Terrarium Planters Inc. All Other ebay items are sold with Warranty listed in ebay description. Please email me as soon as possible to notify me of a return. Items must be returned in unaltered condition and properly protected against shipping damage. Refunds will be given for the purchase price only - ALL shipping costs will be the responsibility of the person making the return.

If the item is received in defective condition, it will be replaced at no charge. Please notify me as soon as possible after receiving a defective item to make arrangements for a replacement.
