Eames Mid Century Lounge Chair Extraordinary Condition

Here is a rare find and a real beauty.  This mid century modern lounge chair was purchased at an estate sale in a  retirement community in northern California. The family said it had been in the family since they were kids and they were in their fifties.  The mom who lived in the house and passed away had this decor throughout the house.  The chair was in the back guest room and is in incredibly and fantastic great condition. These photos speak for themselves.
Surely it is a designer of the time, though who,  I am not knowledgeable. The chair is a medium brown, tight woven almost tweed-ish fabric. The wood appears to be either, a brownish teak or walnut.
