 Please read full description and instructions before bidding. I don't know how to grade license plates so I'll let the photo speak for itself. I have done nothing to clean this so the appearance can certainly be improved.  I offer only vintage material which means it is from the period  and not some current item meant to look old. Beware of the use of the word vintage and ask the seller what that means.  Bid with confidence.
