Early FRENCH Red Oval Tin Tole BOX Ladies Goddess Scene

OLD FRENCH TOLE BOX

You are bidding on a wonderful early Red French Tin Lidded and Footed Box with Metal Handles.  This depicts a french scene on the top with ladies * Goddess'.  This is large measuring 15.5'' l. x 10'' d. x 3.5'' t.  This is signed Hermier Marseille on the top.  I'm pretty sure this is from Paris France, just a fabulous piece.  There are some scratches and slight dents that come with its age.  and there are two holes on the edge of the top where someone strung string I guress to open it, actually it could be original after looking at it. Don't pass this up this is well worth the 95.00 asking price, in a store or at auction this would be over 400.00.
