Early N. Mueller for Jerome Clock 1854 - "CUPID"


The auction is for RARE clock case made in 1854 by N. Mueller for JEROME Manufactures Company.
 The case is 19" high, 14 1/2" wide.
 The clock name is CUPID.
The case fits brass 8-days spring driven movement with strike. It should have arbor to arbor 3 1/2".
 In some books the case is listed as a bronze but I believe that is Iron.
The back fits wooden case 15" high and 8" wide.
 The dial opening is 4 7/8" in diameter, the bezel should be 5 1/2" in diameter.
