This early photo measures 6"X4" and with the mat it measures 9.25 X 7.375".    In fair plus condition there is minor scuffing of the corners with most on the lower left.  Smudging is mild and there is a narrow stain on the upper left of the mat and on the left of the image just to the left of the roof line.      The image is sharp and clear.  The lower right corner has lifted and I leave the repair to the buyer.

A man and his family have been photographed standin in the dooryard of their home.    On the left are two women and two children, a boy and a girl.    A man stands to their left with his horse.      The carriage can be seen in front of a barn on the very left of the photo.     

This uncirculated estate photograph would make a nice addition to any vintage collection.
