I have Owned this for Years.. Painted by Me for Me : ) Used it in my Spare Room for Homespuns and Table Cloths & Textiles I wasn't using .

Measures 22 1/2" Wide 12" Tall by 12" from Front to Back.

Painted and Distressed by Yours Truly, in a Great Old Muted Bay Leaf Green. A Nice Old Dirtied Patina and Lots of Wear to the Paint. Great Look.. I have ALWAYS Loved this Old Trunk.

Has its Original Early Iron Forged Handle and Little Iron Brackets on the Top of the Trunk holding the Handle in .. Sweet. Never had Side Handles.

Still has thee Old Tin Plate where you would use the Key. There was an Added Old Lock I took off years ago.

Great Old Piece that has some age MINOR Age Cracks that are VERY TIGHT. They haven't went anywhere in the Years that I have Owned it and Used it . Really not worth mentioning. Nothing Loose .. Very Sturdy. Sits EVEN .. and the Lid Shuts Perfect .

Inside Lid is on with Old Iron Hinges. A Sure Sign of Early, is this Hand Chinked Dove Tailing .. On All Four Corners.. I Love it .. it is so wide and Chunky.

Inside , No Problems to Report just Old Pine.. No Odors .. Nice Condition .

The Sides and the Back are Painted the Same, the Bottom is Pine.
