Sukhothai circular shaped covered bowl with a coarse grey-brown, speckled, stoneware body, on a curved foot with a sunken base. It has a faded brown band around the base, the sides rising up to the upper bowl and matching lid. The cover fits into the recessed groove around the top of the bowl, and has a pointed knob outlined in faded dark rings. The exterior has visible, but faded alternating decorations of abstract flowers, vertical lines and cross hatching lattice work around the center. There are three painted lines around the lower half of the bowl.

Condition: Good physical condition, with only a slight chip to the inner rim of the bowl and other minor frits. The glaze has been worn down over much of the exterior from age, and the original designs have faded in places, but are still visible.
