Earring Angel Frequently Asked Questions:

1. How does it work? 

ANSWER - For pierced earrings just attach the back leaving a small space on the earring post.  Place the back through the keyhole and let earring slide down into the slot.  It's that easy! 

2. How many pairs does the Earring Angel actually hold?

ANSWER - That depends on what you have if all of your earrings measure 2" long or less and 1" wide or less at least 38 pair will easily fit.  If all of the earrings are extra large 2" to 6" or more in length or 1.5" to 3" or more in width you will need more than one Earring Angel to hold 38 pairs so they do not overlap.  Most earring customers have a variety of types and sizes of earrings, and I designed the Earring Angel sensitive to those needs.  If you think you need a large Earring Angel because you have so many pairs, take inventory, and then purchase as many Earring Angels as you need.

3. How do I organize my earrings using this system? 

ANSWER - You can visit our website for more earring organizing information but basically it is best to put your longest earrings on the bottom, your medium ones by size and the smallest to fill in where the larger ones might otherwise over lap. Hoops go on the bottom row of round holes or the bottom row of keyholes. 

CLIP earrings like Triangle Back, Slim Back or Screw Back, just leave closed put into hole and let slide down into slot.  For Screw Backs you may need to unscrew slightly for screw shaft to slide down into slot.  Have fun and arrange them as you like these are only suggestions. 

4. What are the dimensions? 

ANSWER - Made slim it measures 12” high x 8”  wide which is the perfect size to fit inside a closet, medicine or storage cabinet, wardrobe or armoire, on a door or inside your Jewelry Armoire.  This new design is offset from the wall by 1 1/4" of an inch to provide plenty of space to accommodate every type of pierced earring assembly, and even most clip earrings and body jewelry. 

5. How do I install it? 

ANSWER - For wall mounting be sure that the single row of "round holes" are on the bottom.  Just drive screws directly through the 4 keyhole/screw holes.  They are located on the first row far right and left, and 7th row far right and left.  The screw holes are easily seen and accessible through the front keyholes to make installation a breeze. 

If attaching on to or inside a piece of furniture use you own judgment for installation, I cannot be responsible for your judgment. 

I only supply Drywall screws.  If you decide to attach to a door or inside your cherry, oak, mahogany, walnut or and any other hardwood or even soft wood  piece of furniture be very careful and use good judgment or find someone to install it for you who knows wood.   You might need to carefully pre-drill and use tiny screws that will not split the wood.  You can also use 3/4" Heavy Duty Double Sided Foam Tape or 3/4" Large Command Adhesive Strips (NOT included).  IF using your own 3/4" Heavy Duty Double Sided Foam Tape (pretty permanent) or the Command Strips (removable) attach to all 4 back side corners.  If you are using either of these be sure that they are new-fresh and non-yellowed AND THAT the surface is clean, dry, smooth and non-porous (these can also be used when attaching to a mirror).  Not recommended for wallpapered walls.  Be sure to FOLLOW THEIR DIRECTIONS. 

6. Do you have suggestions on where I should install it? 

ANSWER - Yes, several.

·         On a wall in your bedroom or bathroom.

·         Inside of your dressing room wardrobe, armoire or closet.

·         On a mirror near or in your dressing room or vanity area.

·         Inside of a cabinet or on a cabinet door.

·         On a wall behind a closet or bedroom door or on the door itself.

·         Many students who live in dorm rooms have installed them on their bunk bed foot boards, because they had no wall space available.

·         Use your imagination!

7. Do you combine shipping?

ANSWER - Yes.  I do combine shipping prior to payment.  So, before your pay “Request an invoice for all” when shopping is complete keeping the 7 day limit between sales in mind.

Comparisons: 

Many earring holders claim to hold anywhere from 35 to 128 pairs.  For many of them that would only be true if your earrings were all the size of a pea or if they all overlapped on top of one another.  Most earring storage systems don’t seem to work very well or as promised.  Jewelry boxes don’t work for chandelier, dangle or long beaded earrings, plus you have to search for them opening and closing drawers before you find the ones you were looking for. Some of the wooden slotted racks can be too thick for post earrings.  The standard window screen or poke thru-pin hole type earring trees tip over easily and they only work for smaller earring collections plus they do not hold hoop earrings and can be quite inconvenient to use.    

The solution is the Earring Angel.  Not only does it accommodate other types of pierced earrings, clip earrings and body jewelry assemblies but it does it very well, conveniently and beautifully. 

Sale and Auction Terms:

1. Payment should be received within 3 days of end of sale unless requesting an invoice for all and combining shipments. If payment is a problem please let me know, I am easy to work with.

2. If requesting to COMBINE SHIPPING on items, there cannot be more than 7 days between the close of the first sale and receipt of full payment of all items.  Please keep this in mind when bidding on several items. Combined shipments have to be requested by the buyer and paid for on the same "ONE" combined invoice.  Separately paid invoices may not get combined in shipping.  To remedy this:  Do not pay until you are finished shopping, then request an invoice for all keeping the 7 day limit between first purchase and last purchase in mind. 

3. If PayPal is used I will ship to CONFIRMED ADDRESSES only with one EXCEPTION:  The allotted space on EBay’s Check Out Page - SELLER SHOULD SHIP TO - is changed to your requested ship to address.  Sorry, NO emailed or noted addresses, reference PayPal’s Seller Protection Policy.

4. I ship within 3 business days of payment clearing in my account.  For pending echecks, please take into account that the pending time is beyond my control.

5. I cannot replace lost packages that have confirmation of delivery.

6. For Bid Items:  I cannot be held responsible each individual customers bidding. Value of an item is assessed by each individual customer in the bidding process on that day at that time, therefore be sure of your bidding before you commit to buy.

7. With EBay once you commit to buy it is necessary to follow through.  Don't forget sellers have to pay fees to sell an item and then again when sold, regardless if they are paid. 

8. Regretfully, if purchased items are not paid for I will need to open a case for unpaid item or items with EBay’s Resolution Center to resolve the matter. 

9. Please do not bid on or purchase anything from me unless you agree with these terms.
