Any Jewellery that has been sized, set, unset or modified by the customer once they have received it is non-refundable. We are sorry but due to hygiene reasons we cannot except returns on earrings. All items must be returned in original condition. They must come back in the original packing materials by Royal Mail Special Delivery at buyers cost, unless the goods are faulty. The refund will be made in the same form as the purchase was made. Sorry, but Shipping, insurance and certification are non-refundable.

USA and rest of the World - We ship via UK Royal Mail, Royal Mail International Signed For Airmail, for priority handling. Most items are shipped the next business day following receipt of payment but allow three days. Items are shipped with basic insurance, additional insurance is available on request.
