Refund and Exchange Policy
Refund or exchange accepted. Refund would subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and exclude shipping charges. Item must be returned in original packing within 14 days after receive. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges, registered mail recommended. Exchange accepted only for same item while stock last (Please ask before send back for exchange). No charge for first exchange. Subsequent exchanges would be charged 15% re-stocking fee and shipping cost.

This item is made from 100% natural gemstones. Each bead is hand cut, crafted and polished. Never can you find two beads with identical pattern, grain or texture. I chose each bead from a big batch and do my own mix and match to come up with this item. Therefore, final item might look different from photo.
