CDs: We grade as mint, only cds that were sealed and opened by us in the store for storage reasons. Therefore most unplayed cds that are graded as Excellent or Excellent minus to Very Good minus, may carry surface marks that will not affect playing. 100% full refund if we are wrong.

LPs: We are very conservative on our grading, meaning that the record you will get will most probably be a bit better than advertised. Therefore Mint will apply only to records we got straight from the manufacturer and all records that seem unplayed will be rated as Excellent. Buy with confidence, 100% full refund guarantee!

MINT (M):The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioriation in sound quality.The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet,booklet or poster are in perfect condition.

EXCELLENT (EX) : The record shows some signs of having been played but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD (VG) : The record has obviously been played many times , but displays no major deterioration in sound quality , despite noticeable surface marks and an occasional light scratch.Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items , without major detects , is acceptable

GOOD (G) : The record has been played so much thet the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated , perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches.The cover and contents suffer from folding , scuffing of edges, spine spills , discoloration , etc.

FAIR (F) : The record is just still playablebut has not been cared properly and displays considerable surface noise ; it may even jump.The record cover and contents will be torn , stained and/or defaced.
