Shipping should be automatically calculated on the shipping calculator. eBay only quotes USPS and UPS, however we ship via Fed Ex. We use the UPS shipping calculator to get a fairly accurate account of how much shipping will be.

All international orders please check with us to get a shipping quote for this product to ship to your country.

There may not be a shipping charge if you come to our New York office to pick
your item up.


We accept Paypal, Credit Card, Money Order, Checks, and Cash in person if you come to our New York office.

Return Policy:
  1. If a package looks damaged when it arrives, open it in front of the driver to see if the items inside are damaged.
  2. If any items are damaged, refuse the package and do not sign for it. Call us to send you a new one.
  3. If the package looks fine and you sign for it, you must open it and examine it within 7 days. If you find the product to be defective, you must call us within those 7 days to arrange replacement.
  4. Do not throw away any of the packing materials that it was sent to you in.
  5. All sales are final, and only defective and damaged products can be returned. If for any reason you think you may want to return a non-defective product, you must call us before you purchase the product, to discuss possible exceptions to the above policy. If we agree on an exception, we will send you verification in writing. The returned product must be new and never used, and you are responsible for paying all shipping and handling charges.
  6. Some custom-build orders may not be returnable. Please discuss with us before ordering.
  7. Refunds will be given as a Kala Massage store credit, redeemable within 30 days of return.
