Shipping
We make every effort to ship all items within 2 business days of the receipt of credit card/paypal  payment (not including weekends and holidays) and all of our shipping is done through UPS and various LTL freight carriers (for heavy freight.) We do not accept pick-ups. Shipping Insurance IS NOT included in the Shipping Charges, you must purchase additional insurance if needed.

PLEASE NOTE: SHIPPING RATES QUOTED ON EBAY ARE FOR CONTIGUOUS USA ONLY. ALL ALASKA AND HAWAII ORDERS WILL INCUR ADDITIONAL EXPRESS SHIPPING CHARGES. PLEASE EMAIL PRIOR TO BIDDING.

Adding Items
If you would like to add items from ebay once you have won an auction or completed a Buy it Now DO NOT PAY when you receive our automated checkout email from ebay. Please email us at softball360@tds.net with the additional items you purchased from and would like to add and we will adjust your invoice and email an updated link to our secure checkout. We cannot add items to the same invoice once you have submitted payment through checkout.

Combining Shipping
Shipping & Handling charges are combined at our sole discretion. Generally, shipping & handling is charged per item unless items ship in the same box at the same time. Smaller items such as hats and gloves will not be combined with larger items, like Bag Carriers and other large items, which are sealed by the manufacturer. Please email us prior to payment to combine shipping where applicable.

Return Policy
All items returned to us as a change of mind/unwanted item must be shipped back to us at the customer's expense. A return authorization must be issued by our returns department before any returns will be accepted.

A restocking fee will be assessed for these returns at a rate of 25% of the purchase price. Refunds are credited after subtracting the restocking fee.

Damaged Items:
Any item received damaged during shipping will be replaced free of charge. We will file a claim for the damaged item and the carrier will schedule an appointment to inspect the item and retrieve it. Credits will be issued within 1 week of the original claim.

We must be notified of a customer’s intent to return an item, for any reason, within 3 days of the purchase or the transaction will be considered a final sale and non-returnable.
 

Checkout
After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy-It-Now purchase,  within 2 hours of the end of the auction, you will be notified via email that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. Our email will contain a link to Paypal or give instructions for other methods of payment.

Payment
PAYMENT MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF AUCTION CLOSE unless other arrangements have been made with us.
