Payment and Contact Information

• We will also email you when payment is received, when we ship, and include tracking information.
• Payment must be received within ten (10) days of auction's end. Failure to do so will result in the filling of a Non Paying Bidder Alert with eBay. There are no extensions of this time. Failure to receive payment seven (7) days after Non Paying Bidder Alert is filed, a Final Value Credit Fee will be filed with eBay. Negative feedback will be left. No Exceptions in this process will be made.
• Pennsylvania residents will be charged 6% sales tax on items purchased and shipping Charges.

Shipping

• We have an on site professional shipping and packaging department and adhere to all shipping guidelines.
• We will try to ship orders as soon as possible after payment approval unless otherwise stated in description.
  NOTE: Since there are many ways we offer our products, on rare occasions there is a chance an item may go out of stock that we have listed and sold on eBay. We will do our best to expedite backorder items as quickly as possible.
• Please provide a physical address. We will not ship to a PO Box.
• Paints and Coatings can not be shipped outside of the Continental United States and Canada.
• Refer to shipping chart for combined shipping of multiple items.

• Shipping charges are for the Continental United States only. Please contact Customer Service for International shipping rates at 1-800-345-1178 or email us.
• Foreign orders may take up to 5 extra days to process and ship.
• Canada orders are shipped every Friday; payment needs to be received by Wednesday for shipment on Friday. G.S.T and P.S.T. taxes are not included in shipping charges.
