Payment Terms:

After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy-It-Now purchase, the winning bidder should contact me not later than 3 days after receipt of invoice and finalize the transaction within 10 days of the purchase date. We require that all items be paid for within 7-10 days of the end of the auction. If you are bidding on multiple items and need more than 10 days to complete payment, please be sure to contact me at geniejr@aol.com. 

Please DO NOT bid if you do not intend to pay for the item or do not agree with the terms and conditions of sale. If an item remains unpaid for 14 days, we will begin the Unpaid Item process with eBay to recoup our eBay fees and will, ultimately, release the product back into our inventory for re-sale. I appreciate your feedback and will always give positive feedback upon completion of a successful transaction.  For all non-paying bidders, the item will be re-listed and a non-payment report will be filed and negative feedback will be posted.

Domestic Shipping:

USPS Priority Mail / UPS Ground is our standard shipping method within the Continental US. UPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground both include a tracking number that will allow include a tracking number that will allow online tracking of the package in route. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes so please be sure to provide us with a physical shipping address.

All items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (unless stated otherwise) based on items shipping weight and the buyer’s zip code. Enter the shipping weight + your zip code into the USPS and/or UPS shipping calculator and it will calculate the total shipping cost to ship to your address. Shipping insurance is optional but highly recommended. Books are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Media Mail. I have a returns policy of 7 days on items shipped in U.S. and aim always to provide a good customer service. All items will be shipped within 24-48 hours after receipt of payment is cleared and/or confirmed.

Note: Seller reserves the right to choose Shipping Provider. (USPS, UPS or FedEx) based on shipping weight, and the size of package in accordance with providers shipping guidelines.

International Shipping:

USPS Priority Mail International is our standard shipping method to all points outside of the United States. USPS Priority Mail International is, generally, delivered in just 2-5 days. UPS Priority Mail Priority Mail International includes a tracking number that will allow online tracking of the package in route.

For International bidders shipping cost is based on items shipping weight, and the buyer’s postal code. Shipping insurance is highly recommended. Bid with confidence. All of my items are carefully packaged to prevent any damage. I do my best to list my items accurately but should I miss something then please contact me as soon as possible. I have a returns policy of 14 days on items shipped internationally and aim always to provide a good customer service. All items will be shipped within 24-48 hours after receipt of payment is cleared and/or confirmed.

Shipping, Handling & Insurance Charges:

Shipping cost is based on items final shipping weight and the buyer’s zip or postal code. Shipping charges includes any seller handling fees. Handling charges are calculated as follows:

Small items: $2.00 - $4.00 (1.0 lb or less)

Medium items: $4.00 - $6.00 (2.0 – 4.0 lbs),

Large items: $6.00 – $8.00 (5.0 lbs or greater) 

Shipping Insurance is optional (based on destination and shipping service used). And is recommended for items valued at $50.00 or greater. Shipping insurance for items shipped via USPS postal services are based on standard USPS insurance coverage fees.

Condition of Item

We take great care in describing the condition of the items offered for sale and believe that everything is presented accurately. If for any reason you receive your order and feel that the condition is not consistent with our representation, or you are not satisfied, please contact me at geniejr@aol.com immediately (within 3 days of receipt), with your concerns and I will do my best to work with you to resolve the matter amicably.

Return Policy:

All items must be returned within 7 days (U.S.) or 14 days (International) and be in the same condition that they were received, in order to receive full refund. Items purchased in new or like new condition and then used are not returnable.
