• Good - Used items that still have good use and functionality. May have shelf wear, bent covers, missing dust jackets, dog eared corners, etc and may have text highlighting or marks inside or outside the book.
• Acceptable - Hurt or damaged used items.  May have shelf wear, bent covers, missing dust jackets, missing title or end pages, dog eared corners, cracked but intact spine, text highlighting, moisture damage, etc and may have marks.
