- All items are insured for up to 100.00. If item appears to be damaged in shipping, PLEASE SAVE ALL PACKAGING MATERIAL and call customer service immediately. 508-634-1530. We cannot issue a refund for shipping damage without ALL of the original packaging material.
- Our preferred carrier is UPS. Please call our shipping department (508-634-1530) to make special shipping arrangements.
- Pickup is available at our Mendon, MA warehouse by appointment. All pickups are subject to 5% MA sales tax (even if you reside outside MA) unless reseller number is provided. Call 508-634-1530 to schedule an appointment.
