We guarantee our items not to be DOA(Dead On Arrival) unless otherwise specified in this ad. Our return policy is as follows: If the item you receive is defective you may return it for a refund of the purchase price. We do not refund the original shipping cost. The return shipment will also be at the cost of the purchaser. This keeps customers from having buyer's remorse and trying to return the item. If the item is legitimately broken, we will be more than happy to work with you.
