This singlemode/ multimode Fiber Optic Visual Fault Locator, is a slim, pocket sized, 650nm visible long life, continous and Pulse mode laser light source, used to locate breaks and misconnections of fiber optic cable. Unit connects to cable via a 2.5mm universal connector port, compatible with ST, SC, and FC connector type. This new version has been designed to offer optimum coupling into singlemode and multimode fiber, offering a range of 4 km or greater. Unit has a laser on indicator, and comes in a protective black EVA case.
