      All Buyers to provide contact phone number for shipment delivery. We self insure all of our packages so we need your contact phone number. All orders will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of cleared payment through Pay Pal.

      For all UNITED STATES addresses the following shall apply:

      We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses. Shipping to other addresses in the US is as follows:

      1st Class Mail 4-7 Business Days-------------$ Free Shipping and Handling

      Priority Mail 3-5 Business Days----------------$ 7.50 Shipping and Handling

      Express Mail 1-2 Business Days--------------$ 19.50 Shipping and Handling

      For OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES the following shall apply.

      We currently ship to the following area outside the United States: Canada, Europe, United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, and Japan. The foreign shipping & handling the fee is ($32.50) per item.

      All orders will be sent via the United States Postal Service’s International Priority Mail. Buyer is responsible for all customs, duty or value added taxes which may become due and payable in Buyer’s home country. Buyer must provide a contact phone number for shipping.

      Please e-mail us if you would like a quote for shipping & handling costs to other areas outside the United States that we do not list as available. We will get it in the mail as soon as practicable after receiving cleared payment from Paypal. Many times that will be the same day but our promise is that we will ship within 2 business days.

      Payment:

      We only accept payment through Pay Pal. The easiest and safest way to pay for your Item!  Buy It Now Items are to be paid immediately. Auction Items are to be paid within 48 hours of the End of Auction.  Please let us know immediately, via Email, if you have a special circumstance that would require our cooperation.  We will report for Unpaid Items on the 3rd day following the End of Auction, making a claim with Ebay and relisting the item.

      Returns:

      If you are not 100% happy with your purchase it may be returned for a merchandise credit less a $15.00 restocking fee. It must be returned in New Condition with all packaging intact within 7 days of Buyer's receipt of the Item. Buyer must pay all shipping costs for the returned Item. Upon inspection of the returned Item we will issue the (merchandise only) credit. There are no cash or Pay Pal refunds! Buyer must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) from us via Email prior to returning the item. Buyer to return ship the Item (fully insured) at Buyer's expense with the RMA# clearly marked on outside of package.  There will be no exceptions to this policy!
