Someone kindly brought to my attention that this is not the rear facing edition.  It is forward facing only.  I apologize for the confusion and / or inconvenience.  Also I would like to add that it has not been involved in an accident and it does expire 2011.  If you are local, you are more than welcome to pick it up.
