- SHIPPING:
- HANDLING: A $0.50 handling fee is included in the shipping quote for this item. This helps cover the costs necessary to pack your item properly. This fee varies item to item, and is solely determined by the effort and amount of packing material required to aid safe transit.
- INSURANCE: Insurance is automatically purchased for fragile items and items valued at over $50.00 and will be covered by the handling fee shown above.
- SHIP TIMES: I ship the next business day whenever possible. If payment is received by 9am EST, Monday thru Friday, your package will typically ship the same day. Occasionally, I require additional turn-around time (I have three kids - four, if you count my husband!). This is very rare and I will notify you if there is a delay of more than two business days.
- TRACKING: All packages include Delivery Confirmation and a tracking number. The tracking information should automatically be provided to you via email when I print your label. However, please do no hesitate to contact me if you do not receive that email, or are concerned about your shipment.
- ADDRESSES: I only ship to confirmed addresses.
- PAYMENT:
- METHODS: Credit & debit cards via Paypal, as well as electronic personal checks via Paypal. EBAY IS NO LONGER ALLOWING PAPER PAYMENTS. I'm terribly sorry for the inconvenience. PLEASE NOTE: E-checks via Paypal take a few days to clear. I cannot ship until I'm notified of "cleared" payment by Paypal.
- DUE DATE: Please pay within 3 days of purchasing/winning an item. I will send reminders on the 4th and 6th days, and report the item as UNPAID on the 8th day.
- EXCEPTION: I don't want to bother you with unnecessary payment reminders, so if for any reason you are delaying payment, please just send me a quick note so that I know you intend to make good on your commitment to buy.
- GUARANTEE:
- I carefully inspect each item and I stand by the accuracy of my item descriptions, but I do not claim to be an expert in any particular category. I describe my items to the best of my ability and augment my words with pictures. I try to anticipate questions a buyer might have. If you have additional questions, please ask them before bidding/buying. Your question may be posted within the listing to help other bidders.
- Shipping costs are ACTUAL, unless a handling fee has been disclosed in the "SHIPPING" section.
- I do not pass off pre-owned items as "new." Most of my items are pre-owned. I advertise items as "new" only when it's appropriate and true.
- All listed items are in my possession, stored carefully in a smoke and pet free environment.
- REFUNDS:
- Most of my items are pre-owned and sold "as-is." Again, I welcome inquiries.
- EXCEPTION: If I've missed a significant flaw, or otherwise misrepresented an item by mistake, a refund can certainly be negotiated. Please contact me within three days of receiving your package to discuss your concern.
- Item must be returned to receive a refund.
- I cannot refund shipping costs, to or fro. I thank you for understanding.
- I cannot issue a refund on movies or other easy-to-duplicate items... EVER. If you want to duplicate movies, try another seller.
- FRAUD:
- Attempting to pass-off an inferior item you own as one that you purchased from me, will absolutely not be tolerated and I will immediately notify ebay.
- I will not let my feedback ranking be held hostage. Threats of bad feedback will not sway my ethics and I will report any blackmailing attempts to ebay as well.
- I hate that I even have to include a "fraud" section... it only takes one bad apple to spoil the bushel, right?
