This is a brand new still in package shopping cart cover by Eddie Bauer.  It is navy blue with multi colored blue pinstripes on the front.  It has rings where you can attach toys to entertain your child while you shop and keep them away from germs on shopping carts.  It also has a belt harness to keep you child safe.  I got 2 of these for my baby shower and these things are WONDERFUL!
