This is an Eddy Hat, cowboy hat, like new in a box.  It says Eddy Hat designed by Chris Eddy.  7 3/8, fur blend, 85% wool, 10% fur fibers, 5% other. WPL 5923.  Very good condition, the box has some wear, says Stetson.
