The M-10MX is AC or battery powered with four AA alkaline batteries. 10 channels of stereo paired 1/4" phone and RCA connectors provide plenty of connections for line level playback devices, keyboards, instruments, dynamic microphones, etc. The output section features balanced 1/4" phone connectors, as well as unbalanced RCA phono connectors. Digital S/PDIF and optical outputs send 24-bit, 96kHz digital audio to digital recording devices, computer sound cards, etc. The M-10MX is a cost effective, versatile compact mixer with a digital friendly output section for today's portable mixing and recording environments. The M-10MX's versatile back panel offers 1/4" and RCA input and output ports, plus a dedicated plug-in powered, stereo electret condenser microphone jack, suitable for use with mics such as the Edirol CS-15. For outputs, two TRS impedance balanced 1/4" phone jacks are provided. Digital outputs The M-10MX is equipped with both coaxial and optical S/PDIF 24-bit/96kHz digital audio outputs, which means you can connect it directly to the S/PDIF digital input of any audio interface, such as the Edirol UA- or FA-series units for recording and mixing entirely in the digital domain. The M-10MX can also be connected digitally to studio monitors such as the Edirol MA-series or Roland DS-series powered monitors.
