This is a very detailed and solid dagger. One of the very nicest I have seen-stunning. It is all metal construction and heavy (1 1/2 pounds sheathed). It is 13 1/2 inches overall with a 8 1/2 inch stainless steel blade. The hieroglyphs appear on both sides of the blade. The blade is edged (not razor sharp) with a wicked point. Caution is advised when handling this dagger. This item is not a toy and is not to be purchased by anyone under the age of 18. Bid or purchase only in compliance with your state and local laws and ordinances.

The detailing on this dagger is magnificent and the faux sapphire imbedded in the pommel along with the gold 'glyphs on the blade are the finishing touches. It is perfect for the collector, decorator or gift giver. Fantasy role reenactors will appreciate the heft and ornate detailing of this gorgeous dagger. An awesome costume accessory.
