Electric Mobility Replacement Rear Wheels - size of the wheels are 3.00 - 4.....10x3.....260x85....the tires and wheels have never been used...still has plastic around them...ALSO...comes with 2 sets of instructions to replace these wheels...to go from the old style to this new looking wheel...the wheels have a 3/4" keyhole...any questions PLEASE dont hesitate to ask....these tires are in very nice BRAND NEW condition......these are Air filled tires...NOT foam filed.......also comes with the 2 sets of replacement kits......the number on those kits are EMC kit: 35512600
