Shipping in Continental US
Once we receive payment in full, we ship promptly and you will receive a tracking number via e-mail when shipped. We will ship multiple items together to save shipping costs. Feel free to ask for a quote for combined shipping. To receive discounted combined shipping, please do not pay automatically with paypal at the close of the auction. You will want to wait for us to send you an invoice with the discounted shipping BEFORE YOU PAY. If you pay before we invoice you, E-Bay will calculate shipping for you and you will not receive the discounted amount.

Shipping costs can be calculated using the E-Bay Calculate Shipping feature below if a flat rate is not used. We ship using either Federal Express or United States Postal Service. If you see UPS listed as the shipping choice, please note it will arrive Federal Express. Our UPS service in our area is not reliable and many shipments were arriving damaged. Insurance is included with all Federal Express and USPS shipments. 

International Shipments
We will ship to the United States,  Canada and some international. Canada and all international shipments are required to pay with PayPal or have a credit card with a billing address in the United States. This is for our verification procedures and to protect you from credit card theft.  PLEASE NOTE: that shipping internationally from the US is at least $30 US. If this is not in your budget, then please do not bid on the item and do not ask for a shipping quote. If you are outside of the continental United States DO NOT BID BEFORE YOU RECEIVE A SHIPPING QUOTE. We are more than happy to do a quote for you. Generally USPS runs between $30 - $70 and Federal Express runs between $40 - $300. You do not want to bid and then be overwhelmed by the price.

Payment
Payment is due within 5 days of the close of the auction. We reserve the right to resell your item if not paid on time. We accept PayPal, Visa, & MasterCard ONLY. All credit card payments must be accompanied by the credit card holders complete billing address and CVV2 number on the back of the card. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  Canada and all international shipments are required to pay with PayPal or have a credit card with a billing address in the United States. This is for our verification procedures and to protect you from credit card theft. 

Guarantee
We take great pride in the quality of our products as well as our packaging for shipping. We will gladly replace any defective or damaged product if reported within 7 days of receipt. 'Receipt' is defined as "when delivered by our carrier."   If you wish to return your product, damaged or otherwise, you must notify us within 7 days of the receipt of your item to receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA).   Packages arriving without prior authorization will be refused.  Packages must be returned in a resell-able condition and the packaging cannot be damaged.   Shipping and handling charges you incur at the time of sale and during return are non-refundable.

If you would like gift wrapping, when paying add $4.95 and include the following information via e-mail: To, From, Message (up to 20 characters), age of recipient, male or female, and occasion. If you would like only a Gift Card, add $1.99 to your final bid and include: To, From, Message (up to 20 characters), age of recipient, male or female, and occasion. We include appropriate quality gift wrap and a greeting card.
