It is powered by the vehicles battery. The manual will cover the install.

2. How does the unit turn on and off ?
The unit works with a switch. A series circuit is wired with a switch and to your car's battery.

3. How difficult is the install and how long does it take ?
You do not need a mechanic or special tools to install the unit. No cutting or bolting is required. The instructions are easy to follow. It takes the average personal about 30 minutes - 2 Hours to install.

4. What does the Lifetime Warranty Cover ?
The Lifetime Warranty Covers any and all defects. Just send the unit back and I will send a new one at no cost to you.

5. Will this unit harm my vehicles engine or void my warranty ?
No. This is a safe and unobtrusive install. Everything done to install this unit is completely reversible. When you take it to the dealer, just remove the unit and go back to stock.

6. What is the size of the unit ?
The unit measures approximately 7x7x6 inches ( 17.78 cm x 17.78 cm x 15.24 cm ). The inlet / outlet sizes are 3 inches ( 7.62 cm )

7. Why aren’t the switch, wire and filter included ?
The reason we do not include these accessories is because many people already have an aftermarket filter. In addition, our filter does not fit under the hood of every car. The switch and wiring is not included because some people choose to use colored wiring and a different type of switch.

8. Can I return the unit for a refund ?

9. Do you offer any shipping discounts ?
