Shipping:

Saturday. In these cases shipping will take place the following Monday.
Freight items will be shipped at the discretion of our LTL pickup service and
the size of LTL queue. Though our freight items are immediately ready for
shipment. There are times when we will have other LTL loads queued in
front of your shipment and there may be a shipment delays.
Continental US Bidders pay shipping & handling costs as per "Shipping
Instructions" listed below.
Insurance is optional. Freight does not
carry standard insurance, instead insurance is on a per pound bases (ie. $5 per
pound, $10 per pound, etc.)
International bidders: Verify shipping costs before placing your
bid. Do not make assumptions, obtain permission to bid before bidding!
We can expedite shipping. However, there is a 12:00pm MST cutoff
time for Express Pickup.
Return Policy:
Customer must inspect all
goods upon receipt and notify RohbockRAS within 48 hours and notify us if the
item is damaged or in a condition otherwise described in the auction.

Items damaged in shipping are not included in the
satisfaction guarantee described above, and will be processed through shipping

Unless the item has been shipped by

Items can only be returned with prior authorization. Unauthorized

Customers must pack any item(s) being returned completely, with all
