This is a smaller version of our standard 120-amp electrolysis controller.  This is a much more cost effective solution to our standard units, that can cost as much as $500 to $900 per controller.  This controller will run most small to medium size electrolysis cells.  It is recommended for high mileage hydrogen booster applications... 20% to 30% better fuel economy is not uncommon in smaller cars.

This unit is rated at 80 amps, however we test them at well over 100 amps before shipping.  Although this unit costs significantly less than our larger units, it still generates a perfect waveform even under a full load, without distortion.  The performance is comparable to our larger unit, only with less capacity.  This unit is capable of producing a considerable amount of hydrogen and oxygen gas, using only low-voltage battery power.  Due to our proprietary electronics, no electrolyte needs to be added to the water to generate the hydrogen/oxygen gas.  Great starting point for water-powered car experiments.  This unit is shipped completely assembled and fully tested with a 100-amp load before shipment.  It is plug-and-play, and has easy three-wire hook up.  Can be used with most DC cells that draw less than 80A on straight DC.  The primary electronics require 6V to 19V DC, so this unit can easily be used in almost any automotive or marine applications.
