Fitting The English Saddle:

There are many factors to consider when fitting a saddle, and a professional saddle maker may be consulted to properly fit a saddle to a horse's back. Incorrectly fitting saddles cause pressure points, which may result in bruising, soreness, and behavior problems under saddle. The saddle must also fit the rider, as security on the horse can be compromised when a saddle is the wrong size. Problems for a horse and rider include:

• High Risk The Saddle Will Fall And Slip Sideways
• Pressure On The Horse's Loins
• Pinching And Pain In The Loins And Hips
• Lack Of Balance By The Rider In The Saddle
• Misbehavior By The Horse Due To Discomfort

ASA INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

In the adverse event of any predicament, items should be audited when received. The buyer has a 3 day interval to contact ASA INTL., after notification of return there is a 5 day post mark limit on items being returned. We will not acquire any returns after that duration. The refund policy on any return must include all original items unimpaired, in re-sellable estate and in all original packaging. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is accountable for shipping costs incorporated in sending products back. Refund is based on actual item cost. If any item is returned used there will be a 50% mark-off of the purchase price. For items acquired as described, a refund of the final invoice price, minus shipping and handling charges and a 10% restocking fee will be issued. Items returned due to erroneous sizing will result in a refund of the base cost sold in the auction and no shipping charges.If your account has not been insured, ASA INTL. will not compensate due to disservice. Refunds are administered based on how payment was made. Items disserviced in shipping sent from UPS or Fed Ex are insured. Claims are to be filed directly with them for payment, not through ASA INTL.
