We will need to know what items you want included (see options below) and the quantity you want. Once we have this information, we will email you a package quote. If you agree to the price, we will set up a special listing for you on eBay and we will work with you throughout the entire ordering process.

Q: How can I get pricing information on an invitation before ordering a sample?

A: Simply email us at info@daisy-days.com with the invitation you are interested in, including the quantity and what you would like included, and we will provide you with the pricing information.

Q: What options are available for the packages?

A: The most basic package includes printed invitations with blank inner and outer envelopes. The other items usually available include:

Q: If I order a sample, can I have it printed with our information?

A: No, the samples will be shipped blank or printed with someone else's information if it is from a previous order. We cannot personalize the samples.

Q: I also would like to see a sample of the respond card. Can I order this as well?

A: Yes, samples of the enclosure cards are available. We will need to set up a special listing for you as each enclosure card sample has a different price. Please contact us for more information.

Q: The sample picture shows a bow or ribbon. Will my sample have that as well?

A: The manufacturer will do their best to include the ribbon or bow with the sample, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Q: How are samples shipped and how quickly will I receive my order?

A: Samples are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Usually, samples will arrive within 1-2 weeks. If you need your sample sooner, we do offer expedited shipping methods. You will need to contact us for more information.

Q: I am interested in several invitation samples from your store. Do you offer combined shipping?

A: Yes, we do offer combined shipping. All samples that come from the same manufacturer can be shipped together for the flat shipping price of $2.00. Samples that come from different manufacturers will need to be shipped separately and we will not be able to combine shipping for those samples. Please contact us before placing your order to see if combined shipping is an option.

Q: What is your return policy for samples?

A: Do to the nature of a sample, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns on any sample purchases.

Q: Can I order more than one sample of the same invitation?

A: No, only one sample per customer per style.

PayPal: Payment must be made within 7 days of purchase. We will ship to the confirmed address provided by your PayPal account.

Money Orders & Cashier's Checks: We recommend that our customers request proof of delivery when sending payment by money orders or cashier's checks as we will not be held responsible for payment lost in the mail.
