WHAT WE SELL
We sell brand new items, display models, open box, overstock, shelf pulls, customer returns, and refurbished items. The condition of the item will be stated in the main listing of every ad.
What do we mean by new or open box? It just means that the item has been out of the box and may be a display model or customer return, but is a new, unused item with all attachments and instructions unless otherwise noted. An open box item may have damaged factory packaging. We repack these items before shipping. What is overstock? When a wholesaler or retail outlet has too much of an item we buy the excess and sell at an incredible saving to you. What is a shelf pull? A shelf pull is an item that has been discontinued by a retailer and is no longer available at their retail outlet.

A LITTLE INFORMATION ABOUT US
We sell a wide variety of merchandise at the lowest price possible. We want and need buyers to remember that we are completely different than a retail store. Our merchandise comes from many sources such as manufacturer overruns, discontinued models, open box, customer returns, or scratch and dent. Often these items are in perfect or even in new condition but some items may have issues. Occasionally, original packaging will be damaged when we receive it. So we will repackage it in a plain brown box or fix the original packaging. These items are in new condition unless otherwise noted, only the box was affected. Because of the diverse nature of our products we often know very little technical information about the items we sell (see manufacturer's website for additional information and technical support). We carefully inspect every item that we sell. During the inspection period we do our best to note anything that will be beneficial to the buyer so that you are completely aware of what you are bidding on. Occasionally an item’s packaging is damaged so we will repackage that item before shipment. While this doesn’t happen often it is possible for your item to arrive without the original packaging and without a UPC.
Our testing department works hard making sure that our inspection evaluation is done correctly. However, the items we test are tested for basic functionality only. We cannot test for every feature/function that some of the electronic items come with and state, in the listing, what was done and what we know. We value our inspectors findings and opinions and you will see that you can as well. Often it becomes necessary to list things as untested because we do not have the proper electrical hookup. We call these items "untested" and make no guarantees about their functionality. Again, all sales are final we cannot accept any returns on items unless we guarantee them. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Like all returns facilities, all sales are final. We only accept returns if we shipped you the wrong item, grossly misrepresented the item or guarantee the item and it arrives DOA. In this case, please contact us by email within 48 hours and we will resolve the issue. If we determine that we have made a mistake then we will send you a return shipping label. Do not return an item unless authorized by us as we will not accept delivery of the item.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We will contact the winner of an auction with payment details. Payment is due within 5 days from the date of purchase unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon before you bid. Please note that Insurance is included on most items. Items shipped USPS will have the option of insuring. We will not be held responsible for items damaged during shipping that were not insured. Please notify us if you would like to insure your item being shipped USPS. Please e-mail us with questions prior to bidding. Thank you!

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping charges are listed on all our auctions. We only ship to the 50 U.S. states. However, additional shipping/handling charges may apply to items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii so please email before bidding.
We do not ship to Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands. Do not bid if you want the item shipped to any of these locations.
PO BOXES, APO’s OR ANY OTHER ADDRESS THAT DOES NOT HAVE A PHYSICAL LOCATION INSIDE THE 48 CONTIGUOUS, CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES WILL REQUIRE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES.
FEEDBACK INFORMATION
Unfortunately, not reading and understanding who we are and what we do has led to a few negative feedbacks from some of Ebay's newer customers. New buyers, we ask that you please read everything here so that we can avoid any misunderstanding between what we have and what you want. We make it a point to leave positive feedback for all that do the same for us. Please read all auction terms before bidding. Understanding what we sell before bidding should alleviate any temptation to leave negative feedback for a scratch or dent on the item. We are always honest in our descriptions, however, we are only human and we might miss a slight defect. Please understand slight imperfections are not a reason to return an item. However, if we grossly misrepresent an item or send the wrong item we will gladly accept a return. After 5 days of non-payment we will issue a non-paying bidder alert and let Ebay know that payment has not been received. We will leave negative feedback for any items not paid for. This is done only in the effort to reclaim the fee that was charged to us by eBay as all sellers have to pay for each listing. We do not like leaving negative feedback for anyone but we will have no choice except to follow all the way through and leave a non-paying-bidder mark on whatever account is in question. Please do not bid on our products unless you intend to complete the transaction.
