Viking cues are meticulously handcrafted in the U.S.A. from the finest
materials and subject to the strictest quality control standards to bring you
the best cue in the industry. Viking cues are warranted to be free from material
and manufacturing defects.
Viking Cue Mfg., Inc. warrants against warpage and all components of the cue
for the life of the product, but excludes replaceable parts such as the tip,
ferrule, finish, wrap, and bumper. Viking cues covered by this warranty will be
repaired or replaced without charge.
Joint changes are covered. Shafts that are standard length and 12-13mm are
covered. Anything longer, shorter, over 13mm, or under 12mm will not be covered.
Butts that are standard length are covered. Custom tapered butts, over length,
and under length butts are not covered. No-wrap butts (custom) other than
current models will not be covered.
In the unlikely event your Viking cue has a defect, you may contact the
nearest authorized Viking dealer or Viking Cue Mfg., Inc. directly at (800)
397-0122 for instructions. We also have Warranty Handling Instructions here on
our website.
This warranty applies to Viking cues purchased from an authorized
Viking retailer or distributor and must be accompanied by a copy of the original
sales receipt from the authorized Viking dealer. The warranty applies to Viking
cues belonging to the original owner and is non-transferable. All claims are
resolved at the discretion of Viking Cue Mfg., Inc. Viking does not warrant its
cues against any damage caused by third parties.

I have sent a money order, but am still getting payment reminder emails?
The payment reminders are automatic. If you have already sent payment, ignore them.
How do I know if you have received my payment?
I will mark your transaction as payment received on the day that I receive payment.
Do you ship to APO Addresses?
Absolutely. Being an OIF vet myself, I will gladly ship to APO addresses. A custom's form will be attached to the package.
How will I know when my item is shipped?

What is Your return Policy?
We will accept returns within 14 Days of shipment for damaged or unused items only. If the cue has been chaulked, it can not be returned. You must contact us for an RMA # before you send the item back. There are no exceptoins to this policy. If your game does not work, contact us within 7 Days, ship it back with all orginal packing and manuals, and we will either isuue you a refund or send you another game. Opened working games can not be returned.
