Returned Items:

All items returned to us must be shipped back at the customer's expense. A return authorization must be issued by our returns department before any returns will be accepted.

A restocking fee will be assessed for these returns at a rate of 25% of the purchase price. Refunds are credited after subtracting the restocking fee.

Damaged Items:
Any item received damaged during shipping will be replaced free of charge. We will file a claim for the damaged item and the carrier will schedule an appointment to inspect the item and retrieve it. Credits will be issued within 1 week of the original claim.

We must be notified of a customer’s intent to return an item, for any reason, within 14 days of the purchase or the transaction will be considered a final sale and non-returnable.
