About this item

This listing is for 5 x 14mm Elkmaster glue-on snooker / pool / billiards cue tips. They will be supplied loose, in an air-tight bag to allow you to store them securely and safely before use. We guarantee that ours are genuine, but do be aware that there are fakes on the market.

Elkmaster are one of the top names in cue sports; Elkmaster tips are made by the famous Tweeten Fibre Co of Chicago. They are used by many professional players, and at least one major cue manufacturer fits them as standard to all their new pool and snooker cues. We have listings in our ebay shop for Elkmaster tips in 8mm, 8.5mm, 9mm, 9.5mm, 10mm, 11mm, 12mm, 13mm, 14mm.

To fix them to the cue we recommend Bison super glue gel (which we sell in our ebay shop - follow the link below and search for bison) as the best glue we have found. Ordinary super glue can leave a brittle joint, and can set too quickly. Ordinary glues work ok, but they take a long time to set and usually cost more.

Paying for your goods

After completing your Buy It Now purchase, check out using the normal eBay checkout procedure.

From UK customers we accept credit or debit cards (preferred), postal orders and sterling cheques (we wait for the cheque to clear before sending the goods). Alternatively, all customers can pay by Paypal. Overseas customers please note that we cannot accept non-sterling cheques or postal orders.

Payment must be received within seven days of purchase. Unpaid purchases are forfeited after seven days and a Non-Payer report is filed with eBay to recover fees.

Shipping & handling

We sell all items worldwide. If no specific postage charge is shown, ask us to quote or request an invoice. Our P&P charges to the UK and EU include VAT at the standard UK rate. Note that we no longer offer an ordinary airmail service for overseas deliveries, except to Ireland, as we have had too many packages go astray. For all international destinations other than Ireland we only offer the International Signed For service.

Orders are usually posted by the next business day after payment is received, but please allow 5 business days before making enquiries. We pack all items carefully to avoid potential damage.

Faulty goods
We only sell new merchandise. Notify us within 14 days of receiving any item found to be damaged or faulty on receipt, or where you believe we have shipped the wrong item. We will discuss with you how we will correct the problem. Do not return the goods until we ask you.

Non-faulty goods
We will exchange goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error. The items must be returned to us carriage-paid in the original packing and in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. P&P or carriage on any exchange or replacement item is chargeable.

Returns for refund
We will refund the purchase price (less a 10% restocking fee) of items returned to us within 14 days of receipt, unused, with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition. Goods must be returned carriage-paid. The refund will be by the same method as the original payment. P&P charges are not refunded.

Our Missing-in-Post Policy
Unfortunately, some items do go astray in the post. Before contacting us allow a few days for delivery - uk 5 working days, International 10 working days. If your purchase has not arrived by then, do contact us. We will tell you when it was shipped and when it should have arrived. We will also confirm your delivery address and, for tracked delivery services, we will try to trace your shipment. For Royal Mail services, we are obliged to wait 15 working days after the package should have arrived (25 days for international airmail) before we can conclude that the package is lost. At that stage, please confirm that the item is still missing and we will either send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund, including postage.

Mistakes
We are human and we do make the occasional mistake. Let us know what the problem is and we'll try our very best to fix it.
