We WILL accept returns PROVIDED you let us know IMMEDIATELY there is a problem, and there was a gross misrepresentation of the item . We will need the item back with seven days of receipt, no exceptions.
We do return initial postage, but will refund return postage if there is a problem. In the case of damaged items, where insurance was purchased, we will refund your money when WE are reimbursed by Stamps.Com or the USPS. |
